8:30 sunset should be just in time for the toasts! The first dance should be about 9:00. It should be a beautiful night for a moon dance with the dance floor out underneath the city skyline and the northwest moon.

A beautiful sunset, then a cool moonlit night, wedding toasts, music & dancing, and the scent of flowers all on a rooftop overlooking the water...not the usual Nebraskan wedding venue!
