It is gold & sparkly & vintage! It has a lovely design and unusual mesh texture in the collar. And holy cow matches my amazing shoes perfectly!When I was in high school I was obsessed with vintage jewelry. Mom and I amassed quite a collection over those years. I have many found memories of us treasure hunting at flea markets and antique stores looking for the "next great piece." All the dances and events were marked by the totally awesome necklaces we found together! I haven't bought vintage jewelry in many years but I couldn't help but to go back to my fashion roots for this special event.
You've out done your mother with this vintage necklace & earrings set! With each selection change of my mother-of-the-bride dress, I have found vintage jewelry...sending back rejected dresses and keeping the jewelry! One more MOB dress to try and another vintage set of jewelry to find! But you, my dearest daughter, are by far the most precious jewel and treasure of my heart.

I remember those days! I still have a necklace you bought for my birthday on one of those treasure hunting trips. I have tons of fun and funky jewelry now (I seem to have quite an obsession for it - at least that's what Chris says!), but that necklace is still one of my favorite pieces and I get tons of compliments from my coworkers when I wear it. Wish I could be there for the big day - I know it's going to be the best wedding bash ever.
